By using batchbrew.love ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

The Service

batchbrew.love is a community directory of cafes that serve batch brew coffee. Members can browse the map, submit cafes, post brew updates, write reviews, and follow cafes and roasters to see what is on.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and keep your profile information accurate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Submit cafe listings you know to be inaccurate or spam
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the Service for unsolicited communications or advertising
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant batchbrew.love a licence to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is inaccurate or abusive.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or withdraw features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Cafe listings, brew updates, and reviews reflect community contributions and may not always be current or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, batchbrew.love is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
